Local Executive Partners with WI-Based Equity Firm
MARINETTE, Wis. – Guy Meyerhofer and Generation Growth Capital (GGC) today announced the acquisition of the Decrane Assembly & Logistics division from Decrane Aerospace, Inc. The Assembly and Logistics element of DeCrane Aerospace Aircraft Seating has matured as a respected product and service provider in various non-aerospace business sectors. DeCrane Aerospace Aircraft Seating will continue its operations in Peshtigo, WI under the DeCrane Aerospace business umbrella according its Vice President/ General Manager, Jim Tress.
The new company, Quality Assembly & Logistics, LLC, specializes in the manufacture and assembly of electro-mechanical components for use in various industries including medical equipment and fire suppression devices. As president/owner of the new company, Guy Meyerhofer will manage the daily operations. Meyerhofer’s career experience in finance, manufacturing, and operations allows him to position the company for future growth in Marinette with the support of Generation Growth Capital. The new company is committed to growing and diversifying their customer base, while maintaining the highest service levels for their existing customers.
